1. Scope of Services
GogotoBNB provides a platform connecting guests with luxury short-term rental apartments in Dubai, including properties we directly manage. Our services include booking management, concierge support, and property management for owners.
Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our website or authorized platforms. Payments are processed securely, and guests are responsible for applicable taxes or service fees. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received or as stated in the booking policy.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate information, follow house rules, and are responsible for the behavior of all occupants. Smoking is prohibited unless specified, and pets are allowed only in designated properties.
Check-In and Check-Out
Standard check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM unless arranged otherwise. Flexible check-in/check-out may be available upon request. Guests must return all keys, access cards, or smart lock codes at the end of their stay.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by property and are displayed at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will follow the specific booking policy. GogotoBNB may cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances with a full refund.
Property Maintenance and Safety
GogotoBNB ensures properties are cleaned and maintained professionally. Guests must report damages or issues immediately. Minor maintenance requests will be addressed promptly. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Limitation of Liability
GogotoBNB is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. We are not liable for disputes between property owners and guests. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is owned by GogotoBNB or used with permission. No content may be reproduced or used commercially without written consent.
